At Asian Paints, Sales has continuously redefined the market in the paint industry. Our sales team is responsible for the vast network across the country – supporting them in growing their business profitably.
Our team works to develop each best-selling brand for Asian Paints – starting from consumer research, communication and sustenance of each brand’s unique needs.
Asian Paints supply chain & Logistics team plays a crucial role in keeping the company competitive by delivering an outstanding contribution to its both top and bottom line growth through impeccable product quality and excellent service while maintaining cost optimality. We differentiate ourselves by being swift, efficient and effective in our response to uncertainty in demand and volatility in external environment.
Our finance team at works closely with the business to understand the story behind the numbers. The department comprises teams for accounts, taxation, legal, finance, Commercial. This results in a plethora of roles for employees to have varied exposure.
Our Human resources & Admin team continuously partners the business through strategic initiatives. People lie at the heart of what makes Asian Paints unique. This translates into all people processes.
The Research and Technology team is responsible for bringing innovative products to the marketplace, while continually driving improvements in all existing products.
