on which surfaces can you use the value super emulsion?
It can be applied on all types of plasters, false ceilings, concrete and asbestos sheets. It is designed for the interiors.
what is the application procedure for value super emulsion?
1) Firstly, you need to sand the surface with Emery Paper 180 and wipe clean the surface.
2) Apply Asian Paints TruCare Alkali Resist Cat Dasar by using a brush or spray. If you are using a brush/roller, dilute 150 - 200 ml water. If you are using a spray dilute 300 ml. of water. Allow it to dry for 6 - 8 hours.
3) Apply Asian Paints Wall Putty with a putty knife and add water as required to make a paste. Allow it to dry for 4 - 6 hours.
4) Sand the surface with Emery Paper 180 and wipe it clean.
5) Apply Asian Paints TruCare Alkali Resist Cat Dasar by using a brush or spray. If you are using a brush/roller, dilute 150 - 200 ml water. If you are using a spray dilute 300 ml. of water. Allow it to dry for 6 - 8 hours.
6) Sand the surface with Emery Paper 320 and wipe it clean.
7) Apply one coat of Asian Paints Value Super Emulsion. If you are using a brush or roller dilute 300 ml. of water. Let it dry for 3 -4 hours.
8) Now, apply two more coats of Asian Paints Value Super Emulsion. If you are using a brush or roller dilute 300 ml. of water. Let it dry for 3 -4 hours.
are there any precautions to be taken while using value super emulsion?
Below are a few points to note:
1) Avoid eye and skin contact.
2) Do not inhale or inject the distemper directly. In case of inhalation move to a fresh environment and seek medical attention.
3) While handling the paint, use protective equipment like rubber/polythene gloves, goggles or face mask.
4) In high humidity areas, use a bio wash solution to remove the fungus and algae growth from the surface before applying paint.
